The newspaper El Español has just published an article about one of our greatest achievements to date: the development of MYNA, the first long-range, low-power HaLow Wi-Fi module designed and manufactured in Europe.
This technology marks a before and after in IoT connectivity, thanks to its range of up to one kilometer, its energy efficiency and its all-in-one design, which simplifies integration in demanding environments such as industrial facilities, farms, solar fields or smart cities.
As our colleague Sara Domínguez points out, the potential market for such solutions is huge: it is estimated that by 2030 there will be more than 40 billion connected IoT devices worldwide.
MYNA’s initial production will be 100% national. In addition, we have already started our internationalization process with the support of ICEX.
The fact that a national media recognizes this breakthrough is great news for us and for those who bet on responsible and leading engineering, made from Castilla y León.
